For our headquarters in Neustadt/Wied, Germany, we are looking for production employees (m/f/d).
Your area of responsibility includes the operation of our automated production and packaging equipment in 3-shift operation (early, late, night shift). Your profile:
- Independent, very careful and reliable way of working
- If possible, first experience in a production area
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Willingness to work in a team in a 3-shift operation

- Independent supervision of product launches and relaunches consisting of:

- Coordination and monitoring of company-specific processes in close coordination with the interface departments
- Creation and maintenance of product and other master data
- Preparation of offers, price and contract negotiations
Your profile:
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with professional experience in the FMCG sector
- You bring relevant experience in product management, preferably acquired in the consumer goods industry and a high affinity for the topic “private label
- You have very good SAP knowledge and are confident in using MS Office applications
- Your way of working can be described as structured and solution-oriented
- You work reliably, independently and obligingly
- Communication skills, assertiveness and resilience round off your profile
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English

Your tasks:
- Participate in the HR team to ensure timely and high quality execution of HR processes
- Participation and implementation of HR projects also in the area of digitalization
- Advising management, executives and employees on all personnel matters
- Creation and evaluation of KPI’s
- Participation in the payroll accounting
- Cooperation with personnel service providers
- Identification of talents and execution of the complete application process including onboarding
- Constructive cooperation with our works council
- Processing of labor law issues
- Coordination and implementation of the operational improvement system
- Coordination and participation in BEM meetings as well as cooperation with the company physician
Your profile:
